The 5 or 6-digit ID number, which can be found on each of our grinding tools, is not an article number but a lot number from production. This allows our tools to be precisely identified and traced back to the 1950s. You will always find our ID number on our order confirmations, invoices and delivery notes.
We do not currently have any article numbers due to our individual PPS architecture and the fact that we have always produced a large number of custom-made products. However, if you assign your own material/article number to our products, we will note it on the commercial papers and labels.
If you have an ID number and would like to reorder the same tool again, it is enough to give us the ID number.
